Objectives

The All Art and Cultural Heritage Law conferences aim to bring together all specialists active in the field of art and cultural heritage law. More specifically, these conferences are based on the participation of scholars that run teaching programs and research projects, on the one hand, and practitioners that work in museums, law firms and art trade and advisory companies, on the other.

The Art-Law Centre of the University of Geneva and the Art Law Foundation are co-organizing a conference on ‘Works of art qualified as “national treasures”: limits to private property and export controls’. This will be followed by the Third All Art and Cultural Heritage Law Conference. These events will take place at the University of Geneva, on Friday and Saturday 9-10 November 2018.
